1. Select Your Tribute Identify the perfect canvas for your companion’s portrait. Choose our Signature Aluminum Panels for modern brilliance or our Hybrid Slate for a sophisticated, handcrafted aesthetic. Select the tribute and size that best fits your personal sanctuary.

In your email, please include:
Your Selection: Clearly state if you would like the Aluminum Panel or the Hybrid Slate.
High-Resolution Photo: Attach the original photo file from your phone or camera to ensure the highest quality “Artisanal Infusion”.
Personalization Info: Include your pet’s name, significant dates, and any specific poem or message you would like engraved.
3. The Design Consultation Within 48 hours, our artisans will review your image and provide a digital mockup of your design. We require your written approval of this proof before we begin production to ensure every detail, date, and spelling is correct.
4. Handcrafted Production Every memorial is created on a per-order basis specifically for you. Because we source specialty materials for each project, please allow a 3–5 business day lead time for us to prepare your custom piece.

Original Files Only: Send the original photo from your phone or camera rather than a screenshot or a photo of a printed picture to ensure high-quality detail.
Clear & Focused: Look for an image where your pet’s eyes and fur texture are sharp; blurry or pixelated photos do not translate well to stone or aluminum.
Great Lighting: Bright, natural lighting is best. Photos with heavy shadows can hide your pet’s features during the engraving process.
Uncropped: Send the full image if possible! We can perform professional background removal and cropping to fit the landscape layout perfectly.
